To get the most out of your copy, then, and reach the highest number of readers, find a way to reach your buyer persona without alienating the rest of your audience. While slang, those informal words, and phrases, can connect you with your audience, only use them sparingly, if at all.  that you are representing your brand. You want to ensure your readers see you as professional, respectable, and trustworthy. The usage of slang can do the opposite of this. Readers will judge you, in one way or another, by the words you use.
